Privacy Policy

01Who We Are

This policy explains how MilesEdition.com ("Miles Edition," "we," "us") collects and uses information when you visit the site, reserve a Miles Edition FBX, contact us, or submit a dealer inquiry. It applies to this website only.

02Information You Give Us

We collect the information you choose to enter in our forms, which are built with Gravity Forms and stored securely on our website:

• Pre-order reservations: name, email, phone, mailing address, where you are in the buying process, how you heard about us, any message you include, and your consent choice.
• Contact messages: name, email, phone, and your message.
• Dealer inquiries: dealership name, Blaser dealer account number, website, business address, and the contact person's name, title, email, and phone.

A reservation does not collect payment details. No payment is taken through this website.

03Information Collected Automatically

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, the general region a visit comes from, and how visitors found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to do this. It does not receive the contents of our forms. Google processes this data under its own terms; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Spam protection. Our Contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated spam. reCAPTCHA reviews technical signals such as your browser, device, and interaction with the page. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Security and performance. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and fast.

Video. Our film is hosted on Vimeo. When you press play, the video loads from Vimeo, which may set its own cookies under the Vimeo Privacy Policy.

04How We Use Information

• To hold your place in line and follow up on your reservation.
• To answer your questions and messages.
• To review dealer inquiries and discuss wholesale opportunities.
• To send Miles Edition updates, only if you have asked to receive them.
• To understand site traffic and improve the site.
• To protect the site and our forms from spam and abuse.

05How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

We share information only as needed to respond to you, including with:

• Blaser USA and authorized Blaser dealers, where needed to fulfill a reservation or respond to a dealer inquiry.
• Service providers that run the site for us, such as our web host, Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA), Cloudflare, and our email provider. They may use the information only to provide those services.
• Legal requirements, when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

06Cookies and Your Choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but analytics will not count your visit.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• If you receive emails from us, every message includes an unsubscribe link.

07How Long We Keep Information

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your reservation, message, or inquiry and for reasonable business records afterward. Google Analytics data is kept for a limited period set in our Analytics account, after which Google deletes it automatically.

08Your Rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not treat you differently for making a request.

09Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your information. No website or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Age Requirement

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
