02Our Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.

03What We Do

• Pages use a clear heading structure and descriptive text for images.
• Every form field has a visible label, and errors are announced to screen readers.
• All links, buttons and form controls can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG contrast requirements on our dark backgrounds.
• A "Skip to content" link is available on every page.
• Background video can be paused, and motion is reduced for visitors who turn on "reduce motion" in their device settings.
• Pages adapt to phones, tablets and browser zoom up to 200%.

04Known Limitations

Some content comes from third-party services that we do not fully control:

• Video: our film is hosted on Vimeo. Its player and captions are provided by Vimeo.
• Spam protection: our Contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA. If it gives you difficulty, please call or email us instead.
• Documents: any downloadable documents may not be fully accessible. We will provide them in another format on request.
